We now have two of these skillets. The smaller omlet pan has been used several times a week for 3 years and it is like new. Believing that this one will be just as good.

Pan is truely non-stick. Pan is well balanced. Would have liked a lid for the pan.

Fantastic size, just what I needed when cooking for many people. Heats quickly and there is no need for high heat use. This pan retains heat so well low to medium heat is all that is needed. Very little oil is needed for cooking. The greatest part is that the pan never flakes or chips. EAsy cleaning is icing on the cake.
