The nonstick surface appears very durable and releases very easily. The exterior (MC2 finish) is very contemporary and nice looking in an updated kitchen. I have 6 LTD pieces, 1 stainlesss steel piece, and 4 MC2 pieces (recently acquired during a special promotion). All of them are solid performers and beautiful in appearance!
