We recommend rinsing your grater in wam water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth
Store with blade covered when not in use.

I haven't used this product yet, but I know the next time I bake and want to zest some fruit, I'm definitely happy I have this on hand to use.

All the microplanes are wonderful, but this one is particularly useful as it is quite narrow and can be used easily for ginger and garlic as well as citrus. I gave one of these as a gift a few years ago, and it has been treasured.
