We recommend rinsing your grater in wam water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth
Store with blade covered when not in use.

My friend had been using a box grater to grate the lemon peel for her famous lemon pound cakes. She loved making the cakes, but hated grating the lemon peel. I've had a Microplane for years and think every kitchen needs one. So I bought this one for my friend and she loves it!

Quality product from a well known brand name. This zester does a great job. I just wish the desccription online would be more specific of details such as in this case course versus very fine or 12 inches is meashured from handle end and not the blade itself. Also, you have to dig around to find out what the width is becuse that information is not in the main description.

Using the zester above the orange, was able to capture all the zest in the non-cutting track and transfer to a measuring cup/spoon. However, got a little too enthusiastic and ended up grating the tip of one finger that was holding the orange! (Totally USER ERROR!)

Very sharp! Dishwasher safe. I have used this on various citrus and cheese. Easy to use. Needed to be careful to be safe with it though!
