We recommend rinsing your grater in wam water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth
Store with blade covered when not in use.

The only problem I have is due to the economy, you have a lot of products people can use but can't afford. I am a chef at an Irish Restuarant. I love all your products but due to labor cost and short hours I have to pick items one at a time. Or wait a couple of months to save. Other than that keep up the good work. And if possible could you send like little ads to my email or home of your upcoming specials. Thank you so much. I will order again from your site.

Finally, a zester that does its job. I have tried others and they just provide mush which clings to the back. This zester is great for citrus fruit. I have not tried it on parmesan cheese yet, but imagine it will do the trick. I did try grating sharp cheddar (right out of fridge) - and not such a good idea. Too fine a grate and sticks to the back of the grater and when you try to get it off it clumps. Maybe freezing the cheese first would work BUT it was an experiment. Anyway, this is the best. But keep your box graters for shredding - cabbage, etc.

Initially I saw this Zester on a cooking show and was so impressed I knew it is a must have. I love lemon,orange, lime zest in so many places on the table, drinks, desserts, salad, entree, soup... This one is a perfect Zester. does not clog, small zest, sharp, a quality tool. Be a friend- buy one for your friend and your self .

While the zester is better than the one I had (from Target), it is still not as good as I hoped for and as seen on some of the cooking shows. I will not send it back (postage) for a try at another type zester

I have been wanting a zester for a while, and finally got it and used it. It's just perfect. Easy to use, clean and store (thankfully it has a cover to keep it clean and safe in the drawer).
I hope to find many uses for it.

This is the best zester that I have ever used....and it's made in the US! This zester does not pick up any of the underlying pulp at all. So I am using only the essence of the citrus and not getting any of the bitterness of the pulp.

This zester is pretty sharp so it make zesting easy. The holes are really small so it basically makes a paste out of onion or garlic that sticks to the back of the zester. I was hoping for a little bigger holes so that little pieces of onion or garlic would fall into the dish (like Rachel Ray does on her show).

I've tried several zesters over the past several years and this one is second to none. It just really does a great job. I love the cover that comes with it also. Makes it nice for storage.

This one seems sturdier than one I bought a couple of years ago which broke at the handle. I hope this one will last a bit longer. I use it quite a bit to zest and grate nutmeg.

I have a short one, but I find the long zester is much easier to use as you get a better grip on smaller items such as lemons.

I have never had a zester before and glad I got one. I didn't know orange and lemon zest could taste so good. It works really well. I just love it and recommed every cook have one.
