Discoloration was my biggest concern-none so far. Cleans up nice with Bar Keepers Friend.

It's an O.K. pan. If your using a decent pan now, keep it, not worth trading up. If you need a new one I would recommend it.

Used my stainless steel fry pan this morning for the first time. It worked very well. Food cooked evenly and cleaned up nicely.

Like most everything about it. If I had to gripe, it seems to be a little harder to clean up than I expected. Yes, I used oil in the pan, and no,I didn't scorch any thing.All in all though, a pretty nice product!
