Cooked salmon with skin on it and it was great as the skin got crispy but the oil drained away. Didn't get as many grill lines as I would have liked to show but that may be due to the salmon.

I wanted grill marks and I got them! I have been very pleased with all of the Calphalon, 10 pans , all bought for special CHEAP prices on Cooking.com. Keep offering and I'll keep buying!! thanks!

When I decided to buy a grill pan to serve as an alternative to my outdoor gas grill, I checked Cook's Magazine. They recommended this pan. I was not disappointed. Last night we used it to grill fresh Grouper steaks, and they were the best we have ever had.

The pan is fantastic for grilling. Comes out perfect each time. Clean up is simple!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this pan, I use it everyday to cook with. I have a 9 year old daughter who is picky about the way her food looks, she likes the lines it makes in the food both the meat and vegetables. Since it is just the 2 of us I cook everything in the pan that we will eat for dinner including the vegetables and bread making clean up a breeze.

This product is great because we live in an apartment and don't have access to a grill. We love that you can get the meat & vegetable to sear as if they were on a grill and that the fat drips down into the grooves so our meat/poultry is not laying in the fat while it's cooking.

The only problem with this pan is after you've used it numerous times it become difficult to clean.

Not a grill-pan user, yet

I thought I'd find more reasons to use this pan than I do so far. The one time I did use it I was pleased, however, with the even cooking and the easy cleanup. I was afraid it's light weight would be a burn problem for my food, but I didn't find that a problem.

I never thought for the price that the grill would be so fine - BUT - how wrong I was. So fine. I suggest all to purchase this fine product. It is well worth the price. Even cooking. Great Color. BUY IT. NOT AWKWARD TO HANDLE!!!

I've tried several grill pans, and this is by far the best I've used. It grills nicely, is a good size, and clean-up is very easy. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure if this is really calphalon seeing as it came in a plain box and nowhere on the pan does it have the calphalon name. Still, it works awesome!

Enyoyed the Grill

Have enjoyed the grill pan very much. It is almost as good as an out side grill and is a lot easier to use in bad weather and a lot eaiser to clean after use.

I really do enjoy this grill pan. It's surprising how much you can put in it or how little you can put in it and it cooks everything just beautifully. It's light and washes up graet and looks as good as it did when I first used it.I must admmit, I use it at least 2 times a week. Bakes bread just like I like it, nice crusty outside and soft inside.Great for breakfast to. Freeda
