Bought one a few months ago for myself. Just bought another for our daughter. Heavy cast iron and already seasoned. Set it on the ceramic burner and grilled shrimp, chicken breasts and fish. Flipped it over one Sunday for pancakes. Cleans easily. Use oil on food sparingly to prevent spatter. Also, used it on the charcoal grill.

It was smaller than I expected which was perfect for week days for me and my family. Had alot of heft. It is good quality and seems well made.

I bought this for my daughter as my husband is an avid collector of cast iron and loves his "flea market find" griddle. He is coveting the one I purchased for our daughter :)

Love this grill/griddle. Fits so much nicer on the oven than a long one and keeps the heat right where you need it. Can also heat tortillas on it, flour and corn. I love it as it fits my needs for a family of 2. Others are so big for our needs. Heavier than I expected. Don't get me wrong, I love my long Paula Dean griddle I purchased long ago, but had to buy this one. Excellent quality.
