This is a great size for breakfast buffet prep and even stir fry! It's hard to find a 12" with a lid for such a GREAT price! Easy cleanup also.

I bought this pan because I was sorely needing a larger skillet. I landed on this beauty mainly because of the price (it was 60% off)! A nice large, versatile pan; seems to heat evenly and quickly and the non-stick surfaces works excellently. Definitely has some heft, especially with the lid on so you'll need to use some muscle, but the long handle provides plenty of grip. I haven't used it in the oven yet (still 90+ outside), but it's rated up to 400 degrees so I'll have to check back in once it gets colder out.

Great pan. Lightweight yet sturdy construction. Easy to clean. Glass cover allows viewing food without lifting the lid.

These Calphalon pans are outstanding! If I had realized how good they were, I would have bought them a long time ago. They are heavy like cast iron pans, and work much better than other nonstick pans and they are very easy to clean up. I would definitely buy more of these in the future.
