Good Product

We were looking for a non-stick that we could use as a fryer and stewer and this fits the bill quite well. I was hoping the pan would be a little heavier but that can be a good and bad quality for a pan that you plan on using frequently.

Excellent stove to oven large nonstick pan

I have never ordered cookware online before this purchase. But now I will always order from Cooking.com! I love the skillets I bought, especially this large skillet/pan that easily goes from stove to oven (up to 450 degrees)! i have only had this pan for about 3 weeks and I have used it almost every single night! I would reccomend this pan to anyone looking for a large surface pan that goes from stove top to oven!

Nice, solid fryer

This is exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered it, and look forward to years of use.

This is my second fryer. I find that I use my other one so much that I needed a second one. This can be used for far more than frying. I even cook pasta in it. I love this pan and I feel that any one that purchased it would be happy with it.

best fryer

Have wanted a large skillet for quite some time. When I saw this particular skillet, I just knew I had to have it. I can cook my meats and veggies in same skillet with ease. Clean-up is a breeze. The price was unbelievable.

This is not a thin, cheesy pan - it's hefty and has heat blocking something-or-the-other on both handles and the lid too. Love it.

Great All Purpose Pan

I love this pan. Really deep sides let you stir-fry, fry or make larger meals with ease. Easy to clean. A little heavy, but worth the work-out.

Great all purpose pan

Love this big fryer - have used it so far for several applications, including a big vegetable saute, frying of some meatballs, a nice sauce, etc. Excellent size and lid fits well. Very happy.

I love the Calphalon Fryer. It is a multi function fryer. I can stir fry with it, boil water in it, make 1 dish meals in it. Best of all, it is easy to clean...nothing sticks to it!

Flavor enhancer

The item cooks evenly but I noticed from the very first time I used it that it enhanced the flavor of the same meals I cooked in my old pan. I was so please with it that I bought a companion roasting pan. I haven't used it yet but I am confident that I will be just as pleased.

I love it

It is deep and wide enough for a good stir fry. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I haven't used it that much, but the heat stays the same on all sides and clean up is a breeze. I will buy this brand again and again. Thank You, Dawn Harvey

This pan has made my time in the kitchen much more fun and easy. It is very versatile and makes for an easy clean up.

Why Buys

Versetility. Besides deep frying, it handles sauting and stir frying well. With an insert you can steam vegetables or poach.
The high sides keep oil splash/spray to a minimum, affording easy cleanup. The deepness of the pan makes separating the oil from fry coating easy. So you can use some oil twice.

A true multi-use pan

I love this pan. I sauteed chicken cutlets in it, boiled asparagus, and made my favorite skillet recipes. It cleans up like a dream too.

My husband got this for me. It doesn't make up for a good Anniversary present, but it will do. I love the big size, and the see-through lid. My only two complaints for this: The covering on the handle doesn't go all the way down, and if I'm not careful I can burn myself. And two, it's rather large for my small kitchen sink, so washing it can be tricky.

Cooking up a storm

I am loving this pan. It cooks everything evenly and even better, my husband loves it to and has been cooking me breakfast on the weekends in it. Makes great hash browns and eggs. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's Great!!!
