Better than a Wok....

AWESOME - love it

I absolutely love this pan. I am from small town Texas and love home cooking. This pan is wonderful for cooking gravy, frying chicken, chicken fried steak. I have made stir fry, sweet and sour chicken all sorts of stuff in this pan. It is a great weight, size, and depth for just about everything.

A great working tool for our kitchen, nice and deep to prevent splashing, when doing sauces, holds a large amount, works on stove top & oven, what a great lid.

This pan is much lighter weight that I thought it would be, but what can you expect for $39.99?

tried salmon in pan with lid on it , cooked quickly held flavor in will buy 8" with lid later , really liked it. it was shipped quickly well packed .

Love This Pan

I absolutely love the Calphalon fryer. Doesn't spatter grease all over the stove and frys at an even rate throughout the whole surface.

Non-stick Jumbo Fryer

Dimensions make this a very versatile product. I use it to stir-fry, reduce voluminous amounts of fresh greens, prep for casserole dishes. As with all Calphalon products, it holds heat very well when blending in cold ingrediants. This unit replaced three older cooking vessals because of it's versatility.

Great value

This pan has a very solid feel to it, but is not overly heavy. It is nice and deep. Cleans up easily. I'm very pleased with it and feel it's a great value for the price.

love this pan

this is the 1st jumbo fryer we have purchased and we love it - us it as a wok and to saute/fry large amounts of food - the handles are nice and don't get too hot and it's easy to clean

Cooking with my Calphalon

The first time I used this jumbo fryer I was almost jumping with joy. My fried chicken was evenly browned and done to profection. I love the fryer and have even used it for my home made pasta sauce. I will be ordering more to give as gifts for my 3 chrilden.

Good Deep Pan

Big deep pan. Multiple uses. Not just a fryer, but can be used for stir fry too. No need to buy a wok. Well built, will last a long time.

it is great for stir fry. Also works well for goulash--lots of room to stir ingrediants together. I also have used it for small batches of soup.

This is one of the best pans I've ever used. The size is perfect and the nonstick coating makes cleanup a breeze!

Perfect size for whatever I want to cook

I love this jumbo fryer. I can cook so much more food in it. It is easy to clean up and store. The price was great too.

Great for Larger Recipes

The 12-in. Jumbo Fryer is a first-rate large skillet, terrific for preparing larger quantities of one-pan recipes. As with all Calphalon, the non-stick surface cleans with little effort, and the heavy pan distributes heat beautifully. I have used it regularly since buying it just a month ago.

great pan to cook in. probably would have never bought it with out it being on sale. I have never paid a lot of money for my cookware but this pan maybe changing my mind. will keep looking in the store, who knows what I will buy next. Very pleased with product.
