    I absolutely love the jumbo fryer. It truly is non-stick, deep sides and a nice weight. With the see through lid for viewing the process and handle to help lift for draining grease, it is the perfect pan to round out my cooking utensils.

    As soon as I took the Calphalon Jumbo Fryer out of the shipping package, I knew I had made a wise choice. It has changed the way I prepare meals. I used to use more than one fryer for certain meals. Now, i use only the Jumbo Fryer. I plan on buying one for my son-in-law when his birthday rolls around!

    Well, I do. This is my new favorite...great weight, comes with cover, and has the opposing handle for secure carrying with ease. The size is fantastic for cooking up a that big batch of anything you're famous for...I love mine!

    Good product, well made and solid Not as sturdy and solid as the old commercial nonstick line which I preferred. Works well, Needed a size a little bigger than my other fry pans nonstick surface easily scratches and need to be be protected.

    Best "go-to" pan!

    This is a great pan - perfect for all sorts of uses. It's called a fryer, but I have yet to fry in it. It's perfect for stir-frys, braising, and other uses. Light weight and easy to clean. The high walls keep food in pan while I practice my "iron chef" moves at the stove. I highly recommend this pan - I even bought a second one, it's that good.

    I might wish I had chosen a pan with more bottom surface, but for two of us it should be fine. I haven't tried it in the oven yet, but I don't have any other pans with oven safe handles so definitely will.

    While this is a lighter weight than our other calaphalon pans, it is a great addition to our cookware! Nothing sticks, cleanup is a breeze, and it's a great looking pan. Great buy for the money!
