I have been wanting to try a non-stick version but didn't want to use just any pan. I have an All-Clad saute pan and absolutely love it so when I saw an All-Clad non-stick grill pan for this price, I had to try it.
Needless to say, I LOVE this pan. It works as well or better than my cast iron did and clean up was a breeze. Just used dish soap and hand sponge designed for non-stick surfaces and it was good as new.
I have cooked chicken cutlets, fish filets and grilled veggies (mushrooms, onions & peppers) with fantastic results.

I have over 7 pieces of actual All Clad cookware (which are of superior quality) and many All Clad accessories BUT this grill pan is just not great. I cooked steaks and pork chops and was unable to get grill marks...I bought a Le Creuset

I didn't realize they were there from the site description. Plus, I hated the handle, so I returned the pan without using it.

This is a wonderful pan . . . we use it for chicken, steak, burgers, etc., and it works well on everything. Gotta love those grill marks, and it doesn't add to the greenhouse effect the way our outside gas grill does.

However, this wonderful pan makes grilling indoors great when you do not have the time to grill outside or when the weather is not the best. I love the way this pan cooks so evenly and heats very quickly. It is the only pan we use now for cooking bacon and for our daughter's favorite; grilled cheese sandwiches. I would recomend this pan as a wonderful addition to anyone's cookware collection.

My husband is the outdoor grill cook and he had his doubts about this pan. Once he used it for grilling some steaks, he changed his mind. Clean up is easy. Works great on my indoor gas cooktop.
