Use it all the time and that they would like another smaller version to accompany this one. I am going to purchase one now for myself since they love it so much. Also, it beats taking out the electric indoor grill.

Yes | No Report Violation »I love All-Clad Limited cookware in general; there is nothing better in the saucepan and dutch oven categories -- wonderfully even heat and easy to clean. I have some reservations about their non-stick products, and we'll see if this one holds up. I know rivets are supposed to be a sign of good cookware, but in a non-stick pan they are in the way. Even if covered with non-stick surface, they just don't work in the same way as the rest of the pan and over time become hard to clean. They also lose their non-stick quality if used at a too-high heat; oil forms sticky coating over the non-stick surface, melding with it. I haven't yet found a way to completely clean and restore the non-stick surface.
For this grill pan, the rivets are out of the way of the cooking surface, so I don't expect that to be a problem. I'm still waiting to see if we have problems with the non-stick finish over time. But my initial reaction is that it does an admirable job grilling steak and I'm looking forward to trying fish when I get brave. (I normally poach fish.)
I have thoroughly enjoyed this grill pan. I love it for searing filets and imparting some handsome grill marks before transferring steaks to the oven.
