The Zwilling Spirit fry pans’ ceramic cooking surface makes both cooking and cleaning simple. Thanks to the non-stick Thermolon Granite surface, very little oil is needed when stir frying. Even for an entire family meal, which can be made in the 12-in. skillet, only a drop of oil is necessary. If the meal must be kept warm while children gather around the dinner table, it can be kept in the fry pan and placed in the oven. These fry pans are heat resistant up to 500F. Since very little food sticks to the surface, they can be quickly rinsed and then washed in the dish washer after dinner.

Zwilling Spirit fry pans come are available in 10-in. and 8-in. sizes, in addition to this 12-in. model. All of these come with a two-year warranty against chaffing or peeling.

Zwilling Spirit fry pans have 3 ply-material construction with 4mm aluminum core which ensures uniform cooking up to the rim. All pans are 18/10 Stainless steel with easy care, scratch resistant, and hygienic. Each pan outer layer is made of 18/0 Magnetic stainless steel: suitable for induction. The stay cool hollow handle is easy to cook with and incrediably strong with a riveted attachment.

Teflon has had its day, and Thermolon is now where it is at!! Infinitely better than any pan I have ever owned, my 12-in. Thermolon™ Coated Fry Pan is the perfect size for those one-pan meals, and transitions to the oven for warming and finishing seamlessly. According to my 15-year-old daughter, the dirty dishes expert in our house, is the easiest to clean. A+++ ... if you are looking for a reliable, even-cooking, easy-to-clean, spend the money and purchase this pan. Or the 10-in. or 8-in. I bought them all!!

Greatest pan ever!

This is by far superior to all other cooking ware I have ever used. Truly a non stick surface that I don't have to worry about. Cleaning is super easy, wished all my non stick was like this. I will be transistioning to these pans! Love them! You can get a great sear, crunch, crisp, you name it! It is money well spent in my opinion if you love to cook. Even if you don't, this pan will make cooking easier!

Love this pan

I previously had a Pampered Chef pan that I thought I loved. After that pan lost its unstickablility, I decided to purchase one of these Thermolon coated pans. What a dream. Food comes out easily and the clean up is quick. I would recommend this pan to anyone who wants quality for his/her cookware.
