Since being featured in Ted Allen’s television show “Chopped” on the Food Network, the Zwilling Spirit fry pans have soared in popularity. Their iconic light-blue interior adds a personal touch to their stainless-steel exterior and makes them stand out from other cookware. Their appearance initially catches many cooks’ eyes, but it is the fry pans’ functionality that keeps cooks pulling them out of cupboards.
The Zwilling Spirit fry pans’ ceramic cooking surface makes both cooking and cleaning simple. Thanks to the non-stick Thermolon Granite surface, very little oil is needed when stir frying. Even for an entire family meal, which can be made in the 12-in. skillet, only a drop of oil is necessary. If the meal must be kept warm while children gather around the dinner table, it can be kept in the fry pan and placed in the oven. These fry pans are heat resistant up to 500F. Since very little food sticks to the surface, they can be quickly rinsed and then washed in the dish washer after dinner.
Zwilling Spirit fry pans come are available in 10-in. and 8-in. sizes, in addition to this 12-in. model. All of these come with a two-year warranty against chaffing or peeling.

All pans are 18/10 Stainless steel with easy care, scratch resistant, and hygienic. Each pan outer layer is made of 18/0 Magnetic stainless steel: suitable for induction. The stay cool hollow handle is easy to cook with and incrediably strong with a riveted attachment.

This pan gives me even heating through out and it's shape lets me flip food without any mess. Clean up is a snap with its coating, food doesn't stick to it so you can go easy on the oil, or butter.

I ordered the paired set, the 12 and 8-in. pans. The quality of the coating and the overall heft of the pan convinced me to order the 10-in. pan also. The heat quickly, cook evenly with no sticking what-so-ever! I will be ordering more in the future. Too bad they don't make baking sheets with this coating.

Purchased this skillet for my personal chef business after testing the 8". Skillet distributes heat evenly, sears, browns, braises, roasts to perfection, then rinses clean. This skillet is a chef's dream.

Superior quality pan, food cooks evenly and tastes great, and best of all none of the PFOA associated with teflon pans. Henckels craftsmanship earns this pan an A+ for its overall quality and appearance. Clean-up is a breeze! LOVE it, and recommend it to anyone considering buying one!

This pan is turning out to be everything I had hoped it would. Nothing sticks...no oil needed. Clean up is a breeze. Perhaps best of all, no matter how hot the pan the handle stays cool to the touch. Just great!

Bought this pan after using the 8" and 10" pans for approximately 3 months. Have tried other non stick pans but they don't compete with the non-stick surface on this one. Will probably buy a set for our summer home.

This frypan has quickly become the favorite pan in the house. The 12" size accomodates our needs nicely. It has the best nonstick surface I have ever used, and is a heavy weight. A lid would have been a great additional feature.

This is a high quality pan. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and we have both been very pleased cooking with it and cleaning up afterwards. After cooking in the pan just twice we immediately order the 8 and 10 inch and got rid of our other frying pans.

It is by far the best frying pan I have ever used! Not only is it well constructed but its non-stick surface is like magic. Nothing sticks to it and clean up is a snap. Where have you been all my life!
