Great deal on All-Clad

I started my All-Clad collection about 20 years ago. I now have about 25 - 30 pieces. I have been very happy with the product line. I have had this same 12 in pan for many years, the $89 price with a lid was just too good of a deal to pass on. I often have multiple pans going simultaneously and a 2nd 12 inch would be very nice and the lid fits several other pans that did not come with lids.

I love everything about my all-clad products. My husband did comment that it should have had a "holder handle" on the opposite side of the handle. It's really heavy. Maybe I should have ordered the 10" instead of hearing him complain. But I still can do that !!

Great fry pan, but loses it shiney finish quickly.

12 inch All-Clad fry pan with lid

I love All-Clad. I have a set of LTD. This is the stainless. But I could not pass up the price. It is a bit too big for my largest electric burner. As such, it would probably be better on gas. It feels lighter/thinner than my LTD, as well as shallower. This is a bit disappointing. I have only used it once, and the interior finish is marked, but so is my LTD. Regardless, I am glad I got it and would recommend it for serious cooks.

Why'd I wait so long?

I wish I'd bought this fry pan years ago. I've thrown out my non-stick and I have no regrets. This pan browns and sautes beautifully, is a good size for the type of meals I prepare, and it cleans up easily.

All-Clad 12-inch Skillet

For some time, I had wanted to begin a collection of All-Clad cookware. The captioned item appeared to be a good place to begin.

I'm delighted with construction and quality of the skillet, although a small handle on the side the handle would have been a convenience.

I give this product an unreserved recommendation.

This pan should be an essential for every kitchen and will probably last a lifetime. Not all foods cook well in a non-stick pan, so this one is a must have. I own both and use them for different purposes. Great distribution of heat for uniform and controlled cooking. Having a lid that fits is a bonus!

All Clad Fry Pan with Lid

This was my first All Clad purchase. I am very pleased with the quality of the fry pan. It heats up in a short time,and has even heat distribution on the cooking surface. Per the instructions that came with the pan, I use a medium to medium high setting on the burner. The food cooks evenly, with no sticking. I have also used the pan and lid in the oven, with equally good results. The pan washes easily with a sponge and liquid dishsoap, I put the lid in the dishwasher. I purchased the pan and lid on a half price sale, and it is well worth the purchase price.

Great pan

This is a great pan. It cooks evenly, and it's very easy to clean. My only quibble is that the handle on the lid gets quite hot. Still, for a pan this nice I can keep a potholder handy.

A good all purpose fry pan

I was looking for a pan that I could use to fry that had enough room, had the shape and weight that I could handle. This pan fit all criteria. It is easy to clean and just as I hoped for.

Great Pan

The All-Clad 12" fry pan is fantastic. It cooks evenly and the capacity makes it so versatile. I'm surprised I didn't have one years ago. Cleaning it takes a little extra effort but is worth it.

All-Clad

All-Clad is by far the best cookware and I try not to use anything but. This pan cooks better than anything else bar none. Even heat and superb browning. Deglazes and cleans up perfectly.

Must Have Frying Pan!

At first I was hesitant to purchase this pan when it went on sale because I thought it might be too large for just my husband and myself. Boy was I wrong! This pan has come to the rescue many times, most recently when I need to make bacon for BLTs, to take advantage of the tomatoes from the garden, and didn't want to turn on the oven. Cooked perfectly and cleaned easily & my stove stayed cleaner also.

Love it!

Love it! This was the best price I've seen anywhere! I have been looking for a while now. I'm just glad I check my email. This fry pan is a bit larger then I thought but no complaints here. I did miss judge the weight the first time I used it and spilled some of my Fettuccini Alfredo because I didn't have a very good hold on it. It will take some getting used to using such a large pan. I might invest in one size down next purchase. I can’t wait to fry up some pork chops!

I've been wanting to get this fry pan since I saw it on America's test kitcken and Cook's Illustrated, but the $135 price for the pan and another $47 for the lid really detterred me. When Cooking.com offered a special deal for pan and lid for $89 I jumped at it. It's the same great pan in a special package. All Clad Makes Life Easier

My last set of cookware was 25 years old when I finally got what I always wanted: All Clad stainless. My old stuff was durable and pretty good. I even said that everything would likely taste the same as always, but I just wanted to have All Clad. I was wrong. Not only do my recipes turn out better with All Clad, but they are simply easier to prepare. Love it.
