My hubby ordered this for me for Christmas. He said he was on the phone with customer service several times to make sure this matched our Contemporary Stainless set that we already had. When I received it I immediately noticed that it was the Tri-ply stainless and not the Contemporary Stainless. It works great, but dosen't match the set we already have. I am disappointed in this as my hubby said he and the customer service rep talked for hours regarding this purchase as a match for our current set. If there is a Contemporary Stainless 12 inch or larger skillet, then I am not a satisfied customer, as I would expect a customer service rep to know the difference between the 2 different sets. If there is not a comparable skillet in the Contemporary Stainless set, then I am satisfied with the product, but not satisfied with Customer service in helping my hubby with this purchase. He was also told that there was not a lid available from Calphalon to fit the skillet, but to check with Bed Bath and Beyond for it. If the product is available at a retailer then why is it not available from the manufacturer's site???
