12 in. everyday pan

Cooks great. I love how even it cooks. I use this pan several times a week for many recipes. Love it!

Simply The Best

I ordered this everyday pan to replace a Calphalon hard anodized aluminum one. Since I got it, I've been doing just that - using every day! This pan has more deeply rounded sides than my previous one, giving it more usable space. The stainless steel has proven very easy to keep clean. I'm very satisfied with this item!

The ultimate everyday pan

I am always looking for the best pan for my money. This one meets my requirements. Now I just need a 10 in. one.

Excellent product, excellent value

I purchased this pan and lid combo as my wife and I are always needing a pan that is deeper than a normal pan. This completely fits the bill. The lid is great as you can see the progress of the cooking food. We also have a 12" fry pan and the lid fits it perfectly. We love Calphalon products. We also have several other cooking tools and are very satisfied with them all.

The only problem is that there are exessive labels such as names and logos on the product. Please avoid putting names and logos on visible areas of the product such as lid or on the cover or the sides, handles etc. Your excessive advertising ruined your product even though you might have done that to protect your intellectual property. Please remove them completely or minimize to a bare minimum.

An excellent pan for how I use it.

We put an induction stove top on our motor home. We need magnetic cookware. This pan does not have handles that stick out and is magnetic so that it will work on the cook top. It cooks excellently. We love the way it works for us. It is attractive enough to go from the stove top to the table.

Beautiful, easy to use

Very useful pan, besides being very attractive. It heats well, useful for many occasions, especially whent he long handle of a skillet would be an annoyance. Besides two handles are easier to lift than one. Very good price and seems very durable.

I have other tri-ply stainless steel cookware. I've wanted this pan for a while now. My husband purchased it for me for this Christmas. Just the right size for multiple things that I like to cook.

Handsome Pan, Some Flaws

I have a conduction range and needed to replace my cookware with induction friendly pieces. The set that I purchased originally is perfect; cooks true, is good looking, and non stick. But, it didn't come with the one size pan we like- the 12" everyday pan, so I purchased this one from Calphalon. It is handsome, but I find it cooks hotter and tends to scorch quicker than my other cookware and is not non stick. It will be fine for things I need to start on the stovetop and move to the oven, but it won't replace the functionality of my old Calphalon pan, nor the other set I originally bought. Also, the pan has what appears to be 'sloppy' seams in some areas; not expected for a pan at this price point and name brand. I'm glad I only bought one open stock item and not a whole set. Overall, I'd like to see more options available in induction ready cookware.

I got this because I wanted a stainless steele pan to go with my set of hard anodized pans. It's just what I needed for my choice of versatility.

Nice addition

Excellent addition to the 13-piece set. Overall, very pleased and really makes the most of the new gas range we just had installed.

Great size, but wish they make a 10" dia.

A great all around every pan for cooking. Wish they would of made a 10" dia pan since our stove top is not that big. Its a wonderful pan w/o worrying about non-stick type where the coating would chip off at a later time. Feel very comfortable using this pan and would recommend to others. F.Y.Jr.
