Great pan, excellent value

Bigger & heavier than I thought

This skillet is bigger and heavier than I thought. The ad said it was a 12 inch covered omelet skillet, but it measures 13 inches. It harder & hevier to handle than I had imagined.

So far I'm extremely pleased with the pan. It has exceeded all my expectations.

My new Fave Skillet

I liked this one so much that I purchased another for my vacation spot. Eggs slip right out of it, no need for oil. Chicken breasts brown beautifully with just a spray of oil on them. I can't say I lost a pound but I know I'm eating healthier without the extra oil.

User Friendly Cookware

Wonderful, marvelous!! I can now put everything in the dishwasher. I no longer have to wash things by hand.

Excellent

I usually opt for heavier pots and pans, and was somewhat disappointed when I first opened the box. However............ this performed beyond expectations, was remarkably easy to clean.

Great pan and I love to cook so I really use it.

Wonderful new addition to Calphalon line up

This new pan...at least to me and I have had Calphalon pans before is wonderful. It's the Slide pan which does a great job browning which I haven't experienced. We have been extremely surprised and impressed with this pan. Would highly recommend it to others who like a great pan that does more than they expect.

Heavy duty pan!

I haven't had a chance to use this product more than one time, but it is a heavy duty well crafted pan. What I have seen so far, tells me that I need to purchase more in this product line.

This was on a wish list from one of my son-in-laws who is a great cook: I assume he knows best!

Great pan

I bought 2 of these skillets. One for a gift. I love being able to use it from the top of the stove to the oven. Nothing sticks. It is heavy & a little larger than what I wanted but its a great pan!

Nonstick Covered Skilllet

The product arrived very quick after placing my order. I have followed the instructions,provided and believe the skillet will serve us well into the "new year" This skillet makes an "outstanding Omlet" no sticking at all and it makes a novice cook like me look like a pro... Going to order the "sear pan" soon..

Cooks evenly, cleans evenly

I bought this pan for my boyfriend and he says so far so good...i know it cleans really nice because he cooks and i do the dishes....excellent value for the price

What A Great Frying Pan !!!

I gave this to my Daughter for Christmas she was so excited when she open it on Christmas Eve and seen what it was. Then on Christmas morning I get a phone call Merry Christmas Mom I just love my new frying pan its the best I washed it up and dryed it and cooked Bacon and Eggs in it and they did not even stick. This is the first pan I have ever had that I did not have to use that Pam Spray in it. She said Mom for an Elderly and Disabled lady that don't go no wheres you come up with the nices giftswhere in the world do you shop. My reply was ( FoodNetWork )!!! A great Pan, auntbea

slide is very slick

I have a small saucepan is that this new 'slide' by calphalon so I wanted to try a skillet and it lives up to its name; very slick; items brown quickly. The only thing I would add would be a helper handle opposite the large handle. When it is full of food, it can be quite heavy to move. But that wouldn't stop me from purchasing it again or giving it as a gift.

Functionality

I love this skillet. I was able to fry 6 lbs. of chicken cutlets and they all came out the same color, something that doesn't always happen with other skillets. And the ease of cleaning is great too. I love it and highly recommend it to everyone.

The skillet was a gift for my grand-daughter and she loved it. In fact she was the one that told me where to order it.
