Great Item for Pancakes...

My grandbaby loves pancakes and I have been dying to buy this, it was perfect. In addition, it is easy to clean. My only wish was that the handle did not get hot and was a bit shorter.

We like calphalon so very much that we wore out our previous pans like this. We especially like to be able to use no or very little fat or butter.

Great skillet

Thick bottom helps food to cook evenly and nothing seems to stick. This is easy to clean up and the low sides make it easier to flip eggs and such.
