This pan is perfect for steaks,chicken or burgers when you can't grill outside in the winter time.

Perfect grill marks!

This pan gives perfect grill marks on steaks sausages, chops, chicken breasts, and vegetables. It's good for cooking mussels, too. All this without firing up the barbeque! (Especially nice on days when there are 8" of snow on the ground!) I have only had one issue with the pan, and that is marinade/sauce. While the steaks or whatever cooks perfectly, excess marianade/sauce will flow down into the grooves and char over. Unfortunately, it can get on the meat. Combat this by blotting off the marinade/sauce (with paper towels) of whatever before is to go on the grill. Compared to the other Unison products, it is lightweight because the sides of the pan are shallow. This pan has a specific purpose, and it does that well.

I never thought that I would like a grill pan, but the food cooked on it is simply delicious. I have an oil spray container and that is all that I use to inhance the flavor. The food just taste great from fish, chicken burgers etc. My husband was pleasently surprised. I use it all the time now.

Love this pan...

I have always wanted a Grill Pan but wanted one of good quality that would last, was non stick and within my price range. This pan fits all three. It is not really heavy like some other pans I looked at. I have been very happy with this pan.

I purchased this grill pan along with some other Calphalon pans. I've been enjoyed the quality of these products for years, although the price is a little more than other brands. While this particular pan seems less thick/heavy than others, it does work efficiently and evenly, searing meat and leaving it with the perfect score marks. The clean-up was a breeze. Another nice product from Calphalon!

Not just for the kitchen.

This is a great outdoor grill pan too, not just for the kitchen. Used on the burner beside the grill for some wonderful grilled peaches to go with our BBQ meal. Yummy. Cleans up great.

i love this!

i use this pan on an almost daily basis - it's perfect for cooking dinner for one, i grill chicken or fish on one side and veggies on the other. and it's big enough to grill sides or steaks for more people. i've recommended it to all of my friends who cook, and everyone who's bought one loves it too.

This is the second grill pan for me. I now have one at each of our residences and really appreciate the evenness of heat distribution and ease of cleaning.

Great Value, meets my expectations

I'm a loyal Calphalon user and am most satisfied with this grill pan.

Only have had a week BUT Good size have done asparagus and a hamburg both tasted as good as done outside I even put the roll down to toast that and it worked like a charm.
