    Calphalon Stainless 12 in. Stir Fry Pan

    My order arrived quicky and was well packaged. I have 2 other Calphalon pans that are nonstick which I have used quite a lot, so I was comfortable with purchasing it online sight unseen. My only disappointment when I received this pan was that the craftsmanship is not as good with some scratches and surface imperfections left in the pan. Since it works very well with heat distribution, and food doesn't seem to stick, I can easily live with the minor flaws. The glass lid is great to keep an eye on the food as it cooks. It's definitely a good value for the price and I look forward to many stir fry meals made in it.

    Nice shape fry pan

    The wok shape is nice and deep in this fry pan. It does not cook like a wok because the 3 ply does not react quickly to temperature change like a thin wok. Very even heat distribution. Calphalon customer service is excelent.

    Stir Fry Pan

    This pan is the best I've ever used. Thirty years ago my husband purchased a teflon Rival electric Wok. I used that one up. I loved it. The heating element was so even and nothing ever stuck. I replaced that with a Rival Stainless Steel 14" electric Wok. I had trouble from the first time I used it with food sticking and burning. The heating element was not consistent. I finally decided I would buy a Calphalon pan (stove top) to match my Tri-Ply Stainless Steel set. It's the best addition to my kitchen. Thank you for a great product.
