What is the Level System?
Ever notice how there are a thousand different names for coffee and about a million different ways to describe it? Well, we decided to simplify everything - by describing our coffee in levels. Level 1 being our lightest and mildest and level 5 being our boldest and darkest, with unique blends at every level in between. A system that makes super delicious premium coffee also super easy to get to. Whatever level you choose, enjoy.

Henry's Blend Imposter
I ordered this product because apparently Henry's Blend is no longer available. Based on information about the product i had hoped it would be a good replacement. Not so much! Level 4 does not have the richness that i am used to with Henry's blend. I will finish what i have but will not purchase more - am now on the lookout for a new favorite coffee.

A wonderful cup of coffee that is smooth and tasty. This coffee is smooth and not bitter like some other coffees.

Starbucks price changes, favorite coffee discontinued, next choice only available for 3 weeks in spring, lack of coordinated service around the country, no one could provide information on availability, manager isn't at this location-he's based 2 hours away, wrote to them and never heard back, and, to top it off, when I bought two pounds of coffee at $13.95/lb, they told me that "Oh, the manager for the area decided that we no longer give a free cup of coffee with purchase of a pound--some other areas and stores do, but we don't." That was when I started looking for coffee company replacement. Then I read a review of Starbucks chairman's recent book and understood a bit more why I had such difficulty.
I fully concur with prior reviews that encouraged me to try Seattle Best's Level 4. Don't miss this delightful and delicious coffee lover's brew: it is rich, round, robust, leaves wonderful flavor on palate after drinking, not a bit acid or bitter. It actually makes me think of swirling a fine wine in my mouth. The grind is fine for my Melitta filter. I drink it black and can't wait for my first cup in the morning! I order 3 at a time and put them in my freezer so I never run out.
