What is the Level System?
Ever notice how there are a thousand different names for coffee and about a million different ways to describe it? Well, we decided to simplify everything - by describing our coffee in levels. Level 1 being our lightest and mildest and level 5 being our boldest and darkest, with unique blends at every level in between. A system that makes super delicious premium coffee also super easy to get to. Whatever level you choose, enjoy.

seattle had a great coffee in henry's blend. this level 4 is tasteless with a sour after taste. its impossible to
contact them or find it in whole bean. its ridiculously expensive for 12 oz and you cannot get it in bulk.
they have no customer service. a once great company now as mediocre as all the rest.
i will go back to my old coffee which is more expensive but better and sold by the pound at least.
why companies mess with a great popular product and discontinue it i'll never know
It's no substitute for Henry's Blend

We are unabashed fans of Seattle's Best Henry's Blend. Living overseas, we ordered it from cooking.com regularly.
Unfortunately, Seattle's Best in homage to Coca Cola's "New Coke," has reinvented their blends by discontinuing Henry's Blend. The new number 4 blend is the recommended replacement. It's not the same stuff. It does not have the same aroma or taste. It's adequate, nothing more, nothing less.
Seattle's Best, if you read this, bring back the original good stuff.

this is an outstanding coffee!!! One of the best I've tried and I've tried quite a number. Has a wonderful robust and flavorful body, and is extremely smooth.

Cooking.com was one of a very few sites that actually offered the whole-bean Henry's Blend coffee. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time from ordering to delivery. I was expecting a delivery several weeks from my ordering date, but the coffee arrived less than one week after ordering. I also liked the regular-delivery option, so I don't have to keep ordering the same product every month.

I"ve chased SBCoffee from store to store and when Borders closed in are area I thought oh no what am I going to do now!?! So I went online and found this site....needless to say I was very very happy to find SBC henrys blend on your web site..... Its fast, Its fresh and its easy to reorder. Coffee Converter

I am a recent coffee converter courtesy of my husband. We started with this coffee when it was called "Henry's Blend." You can still see it on this label. We wouldn't think of drinking any other coffee, LOVE IT!! Having to grind these fresh beans and brew is a great way to start the day.
