Zwilling Spirit Thermolon non-stick cookware is completing free of PTFE or PFOA toxins. The tri ply construction runs from rim to rim allowing even cooking from center of pan to the outer edge. All Spirit cookware is oven safe to 500 degrees.
Spirit cookware has exclusive stay cool handle design. The large loop handle is designed for easy manuevering and control. Glass lids allow monitoring while food is cooking. All Spirit cookware is compatible with induction, gas or electric ranges.

So how come no lid to fit the 10" saute pan?

This is the only thing I can find fault with this set. Otherwise it is wonderful (it ought to be for 500.00).
