There's an endless way to make cheesecake, and this book maybe tells about 10 too many. There are a fair number of recipes that differ only in small ways. But, still a good reference. Will be trying out a couple of the recipes soon, making cheesecakes for a wedding reception!

After it arrives I spent the entire evening reading all 125 recipes. I have already tested two of the recipes and my friends are begging for more. This book is easy to read and the processes described are easy to understand and follow. Would definitely recommend to any one who loves cheesecake.
