25+pound turkey

This roaster did great for my 25.6lb turkey! I used a small oval rack since the rack it came with made it smaller. I needed all the room with that big turkey.

The products I have purchased have exceeded my expectations. I love cooking with the Roaster with Rack (12x16 in.) It is just the right size for beef and pork roast as well as whole pieces of fish. The clean-up is extremely easy. Thank you for offering such wonderful products!

Finally, a real roaster!

I have always wanted a real roasting pan, and now I have one. This one fits the bill perfectly; it's non-stick (I enjoy the cooking way more than the cleaning), the rack is easy to handle (it lifts out by the sides, so no interference with the pan handles), and the pan handles themselves are grippy and comfortable. I have roasted more in the last two weeks than I have in the past two years.

This roaster suits my needs. It truly is non stick and not just a name plate. It is easy to cook but a b$tch to clean. This takes the aches and pains out of cleaning up. I am a very senior citizen and I appreciate the releif on my hands. Thank you Calphalon for a making an affordable product that does what is says.

This is my very first "good" roaster. I used it for a chicken for its first time: the rack is wonderful--I wonder how I ever got by without this roaster. And, it's easy to clean.

Non Stick

Used this the other night to roast chicken breast for chicken alfredo. Came out beautiful, only problem was the clean up. Roaster pan cleaned up great. Wire rack tends to stick. Had to do some scrubbing to get the rack clean. Thank You!

Perfect size.

Love the size of this roaster, as well as the sides of the pan being more shallow. I feel this design allows for better roasting, as the product can be reached by more direct heat.

Also, the grate to grab the roast out of the pan.

ease of use

The pan was very easy to clean, however, one must read and follow the instructions. My pan did not come with Instructions so I fortunately waited until they arrived to use it. The pan should be cold before washing for example. Immersing a pan in hot water causes warping. Good thing I waited.

The pan is a cinch to clean The rack is a little more work. Having the handles on the pan and rack making it very easy to use when I am roasting something.

Not All Roadt Pans Are Created Equal!

I have purchased many roasting pans thinking I could get away with not spending money. In other words, minimal quality for very few bucks. Finally bit the bullet and got this roasting pan which did not break my bank. Don't understand why I did not buy this product to start out. Penny wise and pound fool is all I can come up with.

Nonstick Roaster with Rack

This is a great addition to my other Calphalon pans. I love it. It is of the great quality that I have come to expect from Calphalon. I have already cooked a roast in it. The clean up was very easy. I know I will use the pan often.

I bought it as a gift

I won't know how well this roaster will work until June, when I take it on my annual visit to my cousins house as a gift. But its the same easy cleanup finish I have on my own collection of Calphalon cookware, so I know they will love it.
