Produced very good textured and tasting mashed potatoes. Very easy to assemble. Two different sized screens. Will hold up under much use.

I used to make my husband mash the potatoes for our holiday meal, which he hated doing! This year, I got this ricer and he didn't mind the chore at all...he said that it was easier to use and much less of a hassle. We had wonderful, lump-free mashed potatoes with much less effort! I've looked at ricers in the past, but they just seemed to expensive and/or too difficult to clean...this one suffers neither problem. I really like the removable cutting plates, that not only make the cleanup a breeze but also allow for two different ricer cut sizes. Just disassemble and throw it in the top rack of the dishwasher and you're done...what could be better?

This is a heavy duty ricer. The blades interchange easily - just gently squeeze the sides and it pops in/out. My 15 year old daughter used it first and raved over her mashed potatoes. :)

I have never owned a potato ricer before but have been thrilled with this. It has made my mashed potatoes so much more creamy yet so easy to use. I wish I had gotten this YEARS ago.
