This is the second time we have purchased this spatula. It's great for fish. We had to buy the second one because our son is attending the Culinary Institute of America and while home on a school break, he used it, fell in love with it and took it!

I love this spatula. I use it for turning everything I cook on my grill and for lifting foods off the grill. It is very easy to clean. Nothing seems to stick to it. Even melted cheese and bbq sauce.

a must have

Even if you think about making fish, you need this. It really does make such a difference over heavy, stiff spatulas. The pieces you turn don't break, and you can get under things delicately without ripping off outer coatings. Get it.

Cook's Flexi Spatula

by Thomas, AE
December 5, 2006

The spatula is well made and works well for it's intended purpose. I was a little surprised at the size. It is actually a little larger than I had expected. I knew the overall length was 13.5 in, but had expected the actual spatula portion of the tool to be a bit shorter. Nevertheless it still works fine. If there is a smaller size I may purchase that as well in the future for spatula work in a smaller pan.

I bought this spatula because I needed something big enough to turn fish and other delicate meats without causing damage. For that task it works well enough--the blade part of the spatula is 8

Flexi Fish Spatula is exactly what I wanted

by susan, MD

I have been searching for this type of spatula and could never find one. I watch a lot of Food Network shows and all of the chefs seem to have these spatulas. Well now I have mine and I feel like a pro. It was a little longer than I thought it would be, but that doesnt matter. The edge is thin with a bit of a sharpness to it which allows you to get under food. Excellent quality material.
I highly recommend this product and was glad that this website had it available. thank you.

Expensive, but just what I needed

I cook a lot of fish, especially walleye, which has a tendency to fall apart when cooking. This spatula turns it well, keeping the fillets intact. And it gets the finished pieces out of the skillet cleanly, leaving the oil behind. It is thin and flexible. I am glad I bought it.
