Bought this for stir frying in my cast iron wok. Also use it for frying fish.
Could be a little more bent on bottom for fish. Very fexable.

I love this spatula, it gives when you need a little bend in the spatula and it doesn't pick up all the oil and or butter from the frying pan. It flips and slides under food smoothly.

I have been looking for a spatula specifically for turning delicate items such as fish.
I have several products from Kuhn Ricon and none of them have ever disappointed me. I will add this spatula to my list of great purchases.
