A great product.I use the soy ginger marinade along with the Pot Roast sauce and people actually think I am a good cook.It's all in the sauce and marinade.

Excellent flavor and most importantly keeps meats moist after barbequeing. Just wish it was available in stores.

In general I like to make things from scratch, but sometimes I just don't have the time. This marinade is a wonderful time saver to keep on hand. I used it with chicken. I can't wait to try it with salmon...stir fry beef... shrimp... scallops, etc.
