This skillet is beautifully designed and a real workhorse in the kitchen. It cleans up so easily, it looks like I've never used it. I bought it to replace a triple-ply stainless steel skillet purchased 40 years ago, and I expect this one to last long enough for my 5-yeat-old great niece to use it when she has children.
