Great non-stick Wok

I ordered this Wok since I had been struggling wiht an old 'non-stick" (not) wok that required a half cup of oil just to stirfry some green beans!. I took the plunge and ordered this one. Seriously awesome; use about 1 tablespoon of oil if that. Havent used the lid...probably wont...I wished I could have bought without lid for less money. Great wok..we will see if non stick holds up...I will be buying nonstick tongs for this puppy too.

A Wonderful Wok

I was uncertain about purchasing a wok....after all....why not just cook in a large skillet! Well, I am having a wonderful time trying stir-fry recipes in this wonderful new addition to my kitchen equipment. I have told all my friends about this wok and believe it has to be one of the best on the market. It really is non-stick...food just slides out without any difficulty, and the wok is a breeze to clean. Now I just have to find many, many more wok recipies!

Great Wok

This is a great flatbottom wok. I really like the Calphalon brand and that it is made in the USA. This pan has a good weight to it but is not too heavy that you can't pick it up with one hand. It has plenty of room. It heats up well and cleaning is a snap. I also like having a lid.
