Love these Unison Pans

I've had Calphalon pots and pans for over 30 years but have bought all new ones since this Unison stuff came out. I love them.

Great Wok

This is a great flatbottom wok. I really like the Calphalon brand and that it is made in the USA. This pan has a good weight to it but is not too heavy that you can't pick it up with one hand. It has plenty of room. It heats up well and cleaning is a snap. I also like having a lid.

Wok with pride

A very nice size and cooks even. We stir fry about 2-3 time a week, this is a must have

Wok

Although my wife would like a smaller one she loves it, as we do the other Calphalon products we purchased. Calphalon is the best investment we have made in a long time.

Wok Pot

This is the best Wok pot Love the flat bottom It really holds a lot of food. Easy to clean

If you do a lot of vegetables this is a great pan. Nice even heat, little or no oil or butter and easy clean up.

A little too big

Very well made. Does a good job. A little too big for my needs, but glad I bought it.

I Like it

Straight up, its a nice Wok, deep and not too heavy like cast iron can be. the glass lid makes it easy to watch your food cook without having to lift the lit to check on it. My only concern is the interior surfacing had a few spots where the surface wasn't' entirely smooth and the nonstick looked to have been applied hastily. But a little washing got rid of the concern spots so it was just initial perception. They looked like just places where the coating had a spot of sand stick to it or something. I just hope those places dont begin to peel over time. I have lots of Calphalon non-stick and use them as my go-to for breakfast, and winter indoor grilling with the rolled surface griddle and flat griddle.

Excellent Wok

This is a fantastic Wok, and works great on our electric stove. I'm a pretty big guy and I find this quite heavy. I've had to use two hands to flip the food inside the wok as it cooks. Other than the weight, everything cooks nice and quick. I love it in spite of the weight.

A Wonderful Wok

I was uncertain about purchasing a wok....after all....why not just cook in a large skillet! Well, I am having a wonderful time trying stir-fry recipes in this wonderful new addition to my kitchen equipment. I have told all my friends about this wok and believe it has to be one of the best on the market. It really is non-stick...food just slides out without any difficulty, and the wok is a breeze to clean. Now I just have to find many, many more wok recipies!
