Nice Large Wok

Overall this Wok is very nice and not cheaply built like many of the less expensive ones. Pros: Heavy duty non-stock Wok, Very Sturdy See-Thru Lid, Large capacity. Cons: Takes up half the cabinet, Little on the expensive side.

Wow! Authentic results with minimal cleanup!

I'm Chinese-American, and grew up where everything was cooked in the wok. I've been trying to find a new wok for sometime. Was tired of the cheap $25 nonsticks that fail after a few months. After researching and reading numerous positive reviews on this Calphalon, I took the plunge. WOW! My stir fry and noodles are turning out perfect, and cleanup is a snap. Glass lid is bonus as you can see the food. Highly recommend it to foodies everywhere.

Good price for Wok

This wok has met my expectations. I got it a good price, less than $100. Have not had any problems. It is definitely "non stick".

Awesome wok!

I had the 3 quart skillet, and the wok was my second purchase from the Unison line. I can't say enough positive things about it. The wok is huge, though. It requires just a bit of olive oil wiped on the whole pan to keep everything perfect. The sear on the proteins and vegetables is very appetizing.

Very pleased with the wok. Replaced a cheaper model with it. I'll use it for years.

The 'Sear' works really well, however the coat is not as hard as claimed. I have scratch marks in my second use of the wok, from a wooden spoon used to stir fry. This was my experience with the regular Calphalon non-stick pans I have bought in the past.

Well constructed, balanced, a joy to use

I cook mainly meals for two, and this wok is the perfect size. Others have mentioned that it is heavy, but I don't find it overly so, and prefer sturdy cookware, which this is. It heats evenly, cooks food beautifully. I've been having a wonderful time getting reacquainted with all the stir-fry recipes I used to use, and discovering new ones. A great addition to my kitchen!!

Dragon's Breath experience

This wok is very good. You can use minimal oil and crank this baby up high to obtain the dragon's breath flavor found in Asian restaurants. It cooks you food and won't burn. I also use it for pasta and it doesn't burn the sauce and you can easily simmer the pasta in for good flavoring. Only had it for a week but the unison seems like it will hold up for a long time. Definitely a must have and you'll find yourself just using this often because of it's versitility.

Non Stick Wok Dishes

Great wok for either gas or electric stovetop surfaces. I prefer to cook with gas so the wok works really fast for me. With just a tiny bit of flavored oil I can create delicious meals that are healthy, tasty, and non fattening. Way to go!

So Roomy I Can Cook for Two days

I love my new wok! It's so much bigger than my old one, and holds all of the veggies I want to cook at one time. (I often cook enough for two days.) The best part though, is that there's no more sticking and burning of my food like with the former wok. I almost took it out of town to use while visiting friends and relatives! 13" wok w/lid

Love to stir fry. This is unison nonstick, so it sear's and keep's everything juicy and crispy. Awesome pan.

non stick Wok

Great pan cooks great easy to clean holds heat great heats up quick. Have not had it long but if it continues to hold up and work as well as it does now I will give it a 10 out of 10.

Calphalon wok

The wok arrived in record time! Only 4 days... I have used it a few times now and it works fantastic. I use it on high propane heat for stir-frys and everything comes out great. There have been no signs of scratching. I use wooden and plastic tools only. So far so good.

Great WOK!

I love this WOK and would recommend it to you. Remember, you get what you pay for! if you pay $20 for a wok, you will get a poor quality wok that won't last. This wok will last me a lifetime. Very satisfied!

Although the wok is smaller than the one I normally use, I love the quality and ease of care. The cover is also good. If you had a larger wok, I would consider purchasing it.

Great WOK

We are cooking much healthier these days and love to cook via our wok, with the non stick surface we have reduced our oils for cooking and then of course our lipids are down. We always love Calphalon and have never had a problem or complaint. We love the new WOK and plan on purchasing a second one for our home, as this recent purchase has gone into our RV.

Excellent Wok

This is an excellent product! As soon as I took it out of the box, I could see the quality. I first used it to make beef & broccoli and it is as professional as you can get. Heats up fast and cooks great. AND .... It's easy to clean!
