Sharp knives, good balance. I've had them for a couple of weeks now, no problems with rusting.

I had my own set and use them everyday. Can't beat this name brand. Three years ago I bought a set for my son-in-law and he loves them. This year I bought a set for my brother. Excellent all around sharp professional knives.

So glad we got these knives. They make my kitchen jobs much easier and faster. Very sharp, nice weight and heft. I'd recommend them to anyone!
