I had my own set and use them everyday. Can't beat this name brand. Three years ago I bought a set for my son-in-law and he loves them. This year I bought a set for my brother. Excellent all around sharp professional knives.

Great knives

Great knife set. Have had for a few weeks. The first use was on a smoked pork tenderlion. Could tell the quality the first time i used them. looking forward to many years of use.
