Made perfectly cooked meatballs that cooked evenly and were not greasy at all. Pan cleans up in a snap!

I love the fact meatballs are not cooking in their own grease. Clean up was simple.

haven't used this yet either. Very well built. By looking at it , it will work great for meatballs and other items to be held up off the bottom of the pan..... skewer's, stuffed mushrooms.........use imagination
