Perfectly browned grease-free meatballs are only a quick bake away thanks to this ingenious Chicago Metallic Meatball Baker. Gather your favorite recipe, roll the balls and then place them into one of the three wells in Meatball Baker's removable wire rack. The rack's two handles latch on to the pan's sides, keeping the meatballs suspended so that excess liquids, like fat, collect in the bottom of the pan instead of soaking into your meal. Unlike meatballs cooked on a flat sheet pan, meatballs prepared in this pan will be cooked evenly all the way around — say goodbye for good to flat, burnt bottoms and grease-soaked tops. No more splattering stove top meatball frying endeavors and no need to turn them mid-bake. Far from being a one trick pony, the Chicago Metallic Meatball Baker is also great for cooking stuffed mushrooms or clams as well as kabobs, and you can even remove the rack to use the pan as a traditional roaster for larger items. Made of carbon steel, this pan is lightweight and easy to handle and very responsive to temperature changes, so it will heat up quickly when you're ready to cook and cool down in plenty of time to serve. This 13 x 10-inch pan has enough room for three rows of generously sized meatballs.

Best Used For:

Fry up beautifully round, moist, evenly cooked and grease-free meatballs, kebabs and stuffed clams or mushrooms in this innovative Chicago Metallic Meatball Maker or remove the rack and use the base pan to roast chicken, lamb, pork shoulder, roast beef or ham.

  • Convenient

I've used this twice for meatballs and once for kabobs when the weather wasn't cooperating outside.... and it worked great! It is sturdy and the v-shaped meatball holders are perfect for medium or large sized meatballs... so nice to be able to bake them without them sitting in their own greasy drippings. I also like that I can use the pan without the meatball holders for other baking or roasting needs.

    I recommend this product.

  • Meatball Baker

It worked exactly like predicted and as easy as anything. I made my own recipe and did two batches one at 400 degrees and one at 425. The 425 for 20 minutes gave it a little crust. So moist and perfect.

    I recommend this product.

  • Meatball cooker

It is so easy to cook meatballs in this pan, no more one sided lopped sided meatballs. it was so easy to just make the meatballs and put them in the rack and cook them, using the drippings for the gravey. Delishous. Many other uses too.

    I recommend this product.

  • Does exactly what It was intended to do. The meatballs cook evenly and release so much fat into the bottom of pan. For someone thats been cooking for a long time this is great.

  • such good quality

When I first saw this I was skeptical about how good the quality was going to be given the price. I was so surprised. The quality of the material is superior, clean up was a breeze and my meatballs came out amazing. All the grease falls to the bottom of the pan and it simply rinsed right off. I also used this to make a roast and stuffed mushrooms over Christmas and was very satisfied. This is a great product, expecially for the price and I recommend it for all types of cooks.

  • MEATBALLS & MORE...

This is one of those items that's better "in person" than online. It makes meatballs spectacular...not greasy, and a nice crunch on the outside. This pan is also excellent for kabobs of all kinds and for roasting veggies. Sturdy, easy to clean, including the rack. We'll be trying other things (like stuffed peppers) in this pan too; a great idea and very good value for the price.

    I recommend this product.
