Can always trust pans made by Chicago Metallic. This one is absolutely perfect for making the best meatballs by allowing the fatty grease to drain away so you don't have to eat that stuff.

haven't used this yet either. Very well built. By looking at it , it will work great for meatballs and other items to be held up off the bottom of the pan..... skewer's, stuffed mushrooms.........use imagination
