I ordered this as a large cookie sheet. It fills the entire oven space. It works wonderfully as a cookie sheet. You can bake 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies at a time! The one constructive criticism point I would make is, in my opinion, it is not deep enough to use for a sheet cake. If I had bought it for use as a sheet cake pan I would have been disappointed.

I really like it. The sheet is made in the USA, and there are no labels glued on. It cooks very well, with a nice uniform bottom, and the items release pretty well even without grease.

I have used Doughmakers products before, have several of my own. I was looking for this particular item as a gift for my daughter and found it was no longer available locally so I began searching online because there is simply no substitute for the quality of these products. I was very happy to find them available from Food Network. I have received the item and given it to my daughter, who was very happy to have it. I will return anytime I am looking for more Doughmakers, and probably other items as well.
