Pancakes galore

We have a glass top stove and this is perfect. Heats evenly. Cooks like it should, perfect. Now "Mom's" famous home pancakes for six big eaters are no problem.

Excellent for pancakes

This griddle was just what I was looking for to make major batches of pancakes. It works well on my gas range when placed over 2 burners. The heat was evenly distributed. I can't wait to try it out for other things!

A mixed bag

This is a wonderful griddle except for its fatal flaw that everyone else has mentioned--the run-off well around the perimeter. It wreaks havoc on omelettes and anything else that has the misfortune to not be centered on the griddle. Also, the handles get WAY too hot--they should have been made from a non-conductive material. Because of this, I can't say that it's a good value for the money, as it was extremely pricey. However, out of the other side of my mouth I would have to recommend it as there are no other griddles this large that also heat so evenly. So there you have it--this would be worth every penny if the design errors were fixed.

Wonderful Griddle

We love this griddle! Best one we have ever found. It got a 4 instead of a five because the grease valleys that surround the griddle, make it much smaller than the stated size and will pull your pancake batter into it if it is too close. Other than that it is a wonderful product. If they ever make one without the grease valley around the inside we will buy it immediately. Please forward that to the manufacturer.

No more electric griddles!

After watching the coating flake off of several expensive electric griddles, we decided to give this one a shot. It's fantastic! Fits perfectly on the two front gas burners and once we determined the proper flame adjustment, the heat is even across the entire surface. The cooking surface is very smooth with the best non-stick approach I've ever seen. Highly recommend this product.

This is by far the largest double burner griddle I could find. It almost completely covers the burners on my Wolf cooktop. Very pleased with my purchase and cooking.com has the best price anywhere!

All-Clad Double Burner

I purchased because I already had the single-burner version of this and loved it, but it was too small to get breakfast on the table all at once for my family of 5. Now I can load up 8 pancakes or french toast at a go. Now all of my grilled cheese and quesadillas can be made at once, so we are all sitting down at the table together with hot off of the griddle food! The only issue...I haven't found a place to store it yet.

All Clad - All Good

I have a set of All Clad cook ware. It has proven itself time and time again as one of the best quality products out there!

Love the size of the griddle; you can cook almost a pound of bacon at once. Even though it straddles two burners, the heat is very consistent throughout. Great for fried eggs, pancakes, etc., and nice to be able to make breakfast for four at one time!

great pan

i just got a new range with a flat top and was looking for the appropriate pan for my double burner that bridges into one, this was the right choice and i am very glad i purchased this griddle, large enough, handles stand straight so it will fit into the oven if needed and evenly heats

Lovely Item

I used to use a cast iron double burner griddle, and this griddle is MUCH better. It heats so evenly, like other All Clad products. It is very large and has room for six big pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches. My cast iron pan could only cook two pancakes at a time because of the uneven heating.

Pretty good overall

Would recommend but only problem is slightly uneven heating in the area between the two burners.

If you're cooking for more than two people - this is something you must have!!
Imagine making 8 pancakes or 4 grilled sandwiches or 6 hamburgers - all at the same time!!!

All Clad Griddle - Excellent!

We're very pleased with the griddle. Its size allows you to cook breakfast for a family and be able to serve them all at the same time. The slope to the grease channel on the perimeter is slight so that when you're making eggs or pancakes, there is no problem. The griddle heats up uniformly and the handles are beautifilly polished. The price is a bit on the high side but we're very pleased with the product.

I think I would like the product better without the recessed area. When the pancake batter run into this area it is a little hard to flip.

I bought it as a gift and it is loved by the recipient. She has already made pancakes with it. She loved the non-stick and that it fit on 2 burners, making her job go twice as fast. It was a big hit.

I wonder how I lived without this griddle. My new electric one was bulky so when I purchased this one...out it went.
