I used to use a cast iron double burner griddle, and this griddle is MUCH better. It heats so evenly, like other All Clad products. It is very large and has room for six big pancakes or grilled cheese sandwiches. My cast iron pan could only cook two pancakes at a time because of the uneven heating.

The upright handles allow the griddle to be repostioned with ease while not using up any of the cooking area. The pan is a bit over-priced, but should last forever.

I have been using All Clad LTD Cookware for 15+ years and am a loyal fan. It is heavy duty in nature yet attractive in appearance. All Clad LTD is a definite plus for anyone's kitchen. I love the griddle for pancakes, eggs, breakfast in general. Makes cooking for a group a breeze.
