I believe better instructions could be included with this product. I have a gas stove and under the pan the entire surface turned dark brown and was very hard to clean. The food turned out great but the clean up was difficult.

Grills well on medium heat. High heat on professional cook-top is too hot. I cooked beef, chicken and vegies on medium and it cooked everything perfectly. Enjoy the ease of cleaning. It can be wiped off with a paper towel. High heat causes a glaze, but it can be removed with a little work. It did not damage the grill.

We found this to be wonderful for indoor grilling. The pan is easy to wash and use. We have an electric stove and think it would be better on a gas stove. (Everthing is better on a gas stove).

It is great for cooking everything...fish, chicken, veggies. Can cook for 4 all at once. I just leave on my stovetop since it looks nice and the clean up is just a wet paper towel..You'll love it

Great grill. I'll probably not use the outdoor grill again. This is so easy to clean, just one piece to wash. Very even heat distribution, so everything gets grilled the same.

I love this pan better than any pan I have --- it is an easy cleanup - it is so versantile - I cook vegetables, steaks, pork chops, chicken, most everything on it and I researched and researched these grill pans before I made a decision and have been so happy with the decision I made to buy this pan. GREAT BUY!

We just remolded our kitchen and replace a Jenn Air BBQ with a smooth glass top stove. I just knew that I was going to miss my built in grill, in watching the food netwook quite a few of the cooks are using this All Glad grill pan so I decided to give it a try. The pricing at Cooking.Com was great, the product allthough it was on back order came sooner than expected, needless to say this grill pan is a number ten. It grills food as well as my old indoor grill did and the cleanup is 100% easier.

Very good pan. Nonstick, easy to clean and makes some great grilled food on the stove. The handles makes it easy to move and to pour off any oil which the ones without handles made impossible.

Pan does an excellent job. Took some adjusting to find the right temperature at which to heat it, but once that was accomplished we loved it. It's incredibly easy to clean, too.

While I'm still open to the idea that I may just need a little more experience with this indoor grill pan I haven't had anything come off it that was very good. I usually follow recipe instructions closely and try to be attentive while I'm using it. However, the different kinds of food I've grilled haven't turned out all that well. I'll still use it from time to time because it's the only way I can grill in my second floor condo. Well, it was worth a try. Thanks anyway.
