Fits in my convection oven. Pan AND rack are very easy to clean up. I am so happy I bought it. They are nice and heavy. I have baked chicken in it twice and love it!

great roasting pan. I use it mainly for roasting veges but you can roast anything you want in it.

I bought two of these pans to replace an old aluminum one I've had for many years. The pan is excellent easy to clean. It's just the right size for cooking roasts, steaks and spare ribs for my family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a roasting pan that's not too big.

This roasting pan and rack is really non stick and easily cleaned with a swipe of the sponge. I use it all the time.
