Like it, but the non-stick coating is not as non-stick as I hoped. Hard to clean.

Very nice

I recently purchased this product and am very pleased with its performance. It is very well made, it has a solid feel to it and handles your heaviest dishes. The non-stick surface makes clean-up a breeze. The nice high walls of the pan catch a lot of drippings and the rack provides enough clearance height for your meat so that the bottom of it is not soaking in those drippings.

great for roasting vegetables!

This easy to clean baking pan I use for vegetables--browns onions, fennel, carrots etc. in the oven. Great for ribs too. Have not trie it for baking.

Quality

I am very please with this product. We like to use Shake and Bake for our chichen and pork chops. This pan is perfect for that. Try it and see for yourself.

Nonstick Roasting Pan with Rack, (13x9x2-in.)

Perfect size for just 2 people. Great for pre-baking ribs or small roasts, chicken, etc. Rack allows fat to drain away. Heavy duty enough for light baking/roasting. Easy to clean - no more lining the old aluminum cake pan with foil!

great little pan

I was looking for a replacement pan for a small farberware roasting pan that didn't clean up well after repeated use and this is perfect. Great size and cleans up great. The rack that comes with it is very useful.

Great combo

I've been looking for a rack to use in my existing pans but with no luck, so I was pleased to see this pan with the rack. Both are dishwasher safe, which is another plus. The rack handles fold back for storage. The pan is a nice weight.

The product provides me with the flexibility of having a smaller utensil with which to help prepare meals for 2 people (as opposed to having to use a larger roasting pan and rack for a small roast).

fantastic pan

This is the best roasting pan that I have ever had.
No matter what gets burnt on it it rinses off in a minute.
I am going to buy another one.

Versatility of Pan

I utilize several of these pans to finish off beef tenderloins. Each pan holds up to 8 six ounce tenderloins and produce predictable results.

Good Roasting Pan with Great Non-Stick Rack

This pan is of a good weight. It is better than some of the ones I have bought in the supermarket and stores which claim to be non-stick but which then start peeling and discoloring with use. It is heavy enough that it does not buckle in the heat and so far has not peeled or stained as some of the cheaper pans which claim to be non-stick do. It is easy to clean with just a non-abrasive sponge and dishwashing liquid. For more burnt-on stuff it might need a little soaking in warm soapy water but the stuff comes off easily. The roasting rack is a DREAM. It is a great size and non-stick and very easy to clean. If I like the pan I simply LOVE the rack. If I could buy another rack like this separately I would. Excellent value for the price and you won't find another one like this (with the included rack) in the stores in the Washington D.C. area.

Nice pan

This roasting pan is exactly what I was looking for. It's a little on the small side, but I find it perfect for roasting a chicken or small turkey. I also made a nice batch of Chex Mix with this pan. Easy to clean and store.

Convenient size and multiple uses!

This was a great purchase for what I needed. I didn't need a great big roaster to make a meal for 1 or 2 people. The flat rack is perfect for keeping food out of the drippings and breaded foods crispy. It was a great value and is holding up nicely even while using it 2-3 times a week.

Better

Roasting pan was more then I expected, very versitile and very easy to clean.

I really like the roasting pan. I do not use it for roasting. I use it for oven fried chicken, pork chops etc. In fact since it is alittle small, I will be ordering another one soon.

roasting pan with rack

I have been looking for a pan with a rack for a while. Not that easy to find. This is great, just what I wanted. I got the smaller size, I may go get the larger size too!

FANTASTIC PAN

I needed a smaller pan for roasting and this pan fit the bill perfectly. I have roasted pork shoulder, chicken, vegetables and baked a cake in this pan and each time I am so HAPPY I bought it. It's a great value. Easy to clean and great to cook with.

Just what I was looking for. Originally intended to put this pan in our RV but like it so much am keeping at home and will purchase another for the RV.
