Slotted turner

The turner is to thick for my liking. I would also like it a little wider. This would be fine for burgers on the grill but would be rough on pancakes. My wife didn't like the overall length. I am currently in the process of returning this product. This was the first All Clad that I was not happy with. The quality is very nice it just didn't work for me.

One Good Turn deserves this Turner

After about 40 years, the nice Vollrath turner I had finally cracked between the spatula and the handle. I tried several other turners, but even tho they were name brands, they were flimsy. This one, however, is a product that even a professional chef wouldn't sneer at--feels good in your hand, is well balanced, and is flexible but not so stiff as to be clumsy. Since I got it, I find myself feeling sorry for myself if it is dirty and I need to use a different one. I rarely endorse anything, as most items turn out to be run-of-the-mill. This spatula/turner however, is a first class product, and would make a lovely gift to yourself or anyone else, and they will remember you for it, for a long time.

Pretty enough to display

Now I have to find a place to hang it. It's too pretty to put in a drawer. It has a nice heft and a large surface; makes flipping easy.

This is a great slotted spatula. It is well built and solid. The only downside is that it is quite long and only works in larger pans, etc. Otherwise it is great.
