Great idea in grilling...reduces flare-ups with high fat chix parts. Tray accepts succulents for imparting additional flavors! I got two for larger parties!!!

Cooked drumstick for a 4th of July picnic and they were the hit of the party. The chicken was evenly cooked and flavorful. Clean-up was quick and easy.

'USUALLY DO DOGS AND FROZEN BURGERS ON THE GRILL. MY WIFE DOES THE FANCY STUFF FROM POT ROAST TO CAT FISH. THIS MAKES PERFECT DRUM STICKS.. CHICKEN TASTES LIKE IT SHOULD - NOT DRY, NOT SLIMY, NOT BURNT WITH PERFECT CRYSPY SKIN.

These are reasonably well made gadgets that work well for cooking drumsticks. I dip mine in Franks Buffalo Sauce (try it, you'll like it) and normally cook two racks at a time in a 400 degree oven. 50 minutes later or so. Buffalo legs! :o) Oh, I forgot to mention that I put both racks on a sheet pan to keep everything steady.
