Best grater for hard cheese.

This is the best hand grater for hard cheese. It yields the same thin strands of a Microplane but they are larger and a bit thicker and the wider grater surface works well for large cheese pieces.

I absolutely love this microplane, it is all that I hoped it would be and more. I useit daikly not only for the usual suspects but for grating garlic as well.

I love this grater. I have other microplane graters and they are all the best. I especially like this one for grating cheese over the top of my favorite meals.

I really like this grater. I have looked in several stores and not found one similar to this one. It does a very good job on grating garlic (which was my main reason for buying it). I do recommend keeping the cover on it as it is very sharp. Thanks for a good and useful product.

It should be noted that this is the one Rachael uses all the time! I'd bought a microplaner, but it didn't grate garlic, then I watched Rachael closely! Finally found it! Love it!
