Great for Garlic

This grater is excellent for grating garlic into a dish. It's not a good grater for cheese. The shavings are flat and thin, something you might use to shave chocolate onto a cake for decoration.

Only used a few times, but so far, so good. It will be interesting to see how long the sharp blades stay so razor sharp,
Only negative is the sticky bar code label put right on those razor sharp blades! Skinned myself good trying to remove! Why are is it on the product - there is one on the outside packaging!
