The Price is Right

I highly recommend this item. I know, your first impression will be "that's expensive". But rest assured this is a great value. I, like you, have spent too much money on inexpensive woks. Soon after purchasing them you have either given up using this "inexpensive hot plate" or settled on good but not great stir fried dishes. I feel your pain. I finally decided to put my money where I wanted my mouth to be. I bought the 14-in. Nonstick Electric Wok by Breville. Immediately you recognize and appreciate the difference. The quality of the craftsmanship is clear. The "heft" of the materials and the quality of the non-stick surface are remarkable. Once you turn it on and see your beef or chicken immediately sear with a dark consistent crust you are sold on this wok. You can stir fry vegetables perfectly. They are crisp and tasty and not the old wok limp and tasteless. We use this wok at least once a week and the quality of our dishes have improved to the enjoyment of everyone at the table. Clean up is a snap. You will love the ease of use and the perfect outcome of your efforts.

easy to wash gets nice and hot and can be used anywhere theres a plug. I use it on the patio and serve food right in it on warm setting. A nice option when your serving a crowd.

Gourmet Electric Wok by Breville-Good

I am very pleased with this item. I use it mostly to prepare chinese dishes, tofu especially but it warms enough to cook meat at a very high temperature. I find it easy to clean and I am very satisfied with this wok. Good product. and I am ready to recommand it.
